Mark T. Walsh is a founding partner of Gleason, Dunn, Walsh & O’Shea. Prior to his affiliation with the firm, he was a principal of another Albany law firm, where he concentrated in labor and employment law and commercial litigation. Mr. Walsh continues to focus his practice in employment and labor law and commercial and real estate litigation as well as civil service law, administrative law, contract negotiation, dispute resolution and business counseling. In addition, he mediates commercial and employment law disputes.
Mr. Walsh serves as a volunteer mediator and early neutral evaluator for the Northern District’s ADR program.
Mr. Walsh was named one of the “2009 New York Super Lawyers”.

Community Involvement
Mr. Walsh has been and is involved in several youth sports organizations as a board member and as a coach. He serves on the board of the Adirondack Chapter of U.S. Lacrosse, Inc. as its Vice President for Legal Affairs. He also serves on the Oberlin (Ohio) College Athletics Facilities Master Plan Committee and is a member of the College’s John Heisman Club.
