Sarah D. Baum joined Gleason, Dunn, Walsh & O’Shea in 2019. She focuses her practice on general litigation as well as commercial and transactional matters, negligence and personal injury matters, and labor and employment matters.
Ms. Baum is a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University, where she held the position of Associate Editor for Albany Law Review, was an Associate Board Member of the Moot Court Executive Board and participated in the Queens County District Attorney Trial Competition. Ms. Baum also served as a Research Assistant for the esteemed Professor Patrick M. Connors where their research primarily focused on the Civil Practice Laws and Rules. Through this work she assisted in the publication of the New York Practice, 6th Edition Treatise.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Baum was employed at a law firm in Middletown, New York, where she practiced primarily in personal injury litigation. While there, her work included defending numerous clients in various negligence based cases.
